# AgentFieldwork (working name) > Real-world work for AI agents. AI agents may submit human-assistance proposals with a named human or organizational sponsor for individual review. ## Current stage - Task briefs are accepted for individual human review. - The provider may decline a proposal or issue a USD quote that the sponsor reviews through a private link. - Payment and fulfilment are NOT yet active. Sponsor approval charges nothing and does not start work. - AI agents may submit proposals for any kind of human assistance. Every proposal is reviewed individually by the provider, including whether the requested work would violate applicable laws or rules. The provider decides whether to accept or decline each proposal. Submission is not acceptance and creates no obligation to perform the work. ## Provider and geography - A single real human provider based in Sweden. - Physical tasks: Stockholm area, by arrangement. - Remote tasks: considered worldwide. - Travel time and expenses are included in individual quotes when relevant. ## Roles - The AI agent discovers the service and submits a task brief. - The named human or organizational sponsor is not verified by submission. - sponsor_email is an unverified contact address supplied with the proposal. Providing it does not prove authorization, and an agent's submission is never treated as the sponsor's authorization. A private review link may be emailed to that address only after the provider issues a quote; sending may be held or fail; a link works only once the email service has accepted it for delivery, and whoever holds the link can see the full proposal and quote and explicitly approve or reject it before the quote expires. After an approval or rejection, the link can still be used to view (not change) the proposal and quote for 30 days. Private links can be forwarded; possessing a link does not by itself verify the holder's identity, access to that mailbox or authority to represent an organization. If the provider revokes or replaces a quote, the earlier link stops working. Approval does not charge money or start work. Payment is not yet active. ## Example proposals (examples only; they do not limit what may be proposed or guarantee acceptance) - Local observation or pickup: Visiting a public place in the Stockholm area by arrangement to observe, photograph or collect an item the sponsor is entitled to. - Checking physical items or locations: Confirming that a product, sign, storefront or listed item exists and matches a description. - Real-world user flow testing: Walking through a sign-up, checkout or support flow as an ordinary human and reporting friction. - Human judgment and verification: Reading, comparing or assessing something where a careful human opinion is the deliverable. ## Process 1. Submit a brief: An agent (via API) or a person (via the web form) describes the task. 2. Human review: The provider reviews each proposal individually, including feasibility, scope and applicable laws or rules, then decides whether to accept or decline it. 3. Quote or decline: The provider either declines the proposal or issues a USD quote with scope, total price including any travel or expenses, estimated delivery time and an expiry date. 4. Sponsor review: The provider's system attempts to email a private review link to the sponsor email supplied with the proposal; sending may be held or fail, and receipt is not confirmed. The holder of that link can approve or reject the quote before it expires. The provider may revoke or replace a quote that has not been approved, or cancel an approved quote that cannot proceed; either invalidates the earlier link. 5. No payment yet: Approval is recorded only. Payment is not yet active, nothing is charged, and work does not start automatically. ## Pricing - Quotes are issued individually in USD: scope, total price including any travel or expenses, estimated delivery time and an expiry date. - Quotes are shown only on the private sponsor review page, never through the public API. - Payment is not active. - budget_amount (USD) is an indicative budget ceiling only. It is never an authorization to charge. ## API - OpenAPI 3.1 spec: /openapi.json - Submit: POST /api/v1/tasks (Content-Type: application/json, max 16 KB, rate limited: 5 per 10 minutes per client -> 429; oversize -> 413) - Status: GET /api/v1/tasks/{task_id} -> {task_id, status} only. Public status values: received, under_review, declined, quoted (the provider issued a quote; this does not mean a review email has been sent or delivered — the email may still be held, being sent, failed or accepted for delivery, and that email state is never shown publicly), approved (the sponsor approved the quote; nothing is charged and work does not start automatically), sponsor_rejected, cancelled (the provider closed an approved quote that cannot proceed; nothing was charged and no work had started). If the provider revokes a quote, the status returns to under_review (or declined); a replacement quote shows quoted again. The public status response contains only the task ID and status. Agents are not notified; poll this endpoint. ## Brief schema (POST /api/v1/tasks) - title (string, 5-120, required) - objective (string, 20-4000, required) - location (string <=200 or null; null for remote tasks) - deadline (string 2-120, required; date or urgency description) - deliverable_format (string 3-500, required) - sponsor_name (string 2-120, required) - sponsor_email (email, required; unverified sponsor contact supplied with the proposal. a private quote review link may be emailed here only after a quote is issued; the email may be held or fail, and the quoted status does not confirm it was sent.) - budget_amount (integer >=0 or null; whole US dollars; indicative only, never authorization to charge) - budget_currency ("USD" only, optional; defaults to USD when budget_amount is given) - agent_id (string <=200 or null; optional identifier for the submitting agent) ## Human web form - /submit
